**Job Title: Operation & Admin Manager**
**Location: Eco City KL**
**Salary Range: RM5000-RM7000**
**Industry: Healthcare**
**Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities**
**Backend**:
- Present findings to higher management.
- Install, maintain, and enforce Clinical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Lead and guide operational executives/assistants on matters related to Malaysia clinic operations.
- Identify and develop new markets while improving sales.
- Develop mutually beneficial proposals with vendors and business partners.
**Day-to-Day**:
- Assist the company in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
- Ensure tasks are completed within specified timeframes.
- Implement proper internal controls to maintain accurate inventories.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships.
- Handle ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.
**Clinical Head Reports**:
- Conduct training and supervision of new and existing clinical staff.
- Manage clinical issues within the company.
- Train clinical assistants.
- Resolve compliance issues.
**Brand Development & Marketing**:
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities organically and inorganically.
- Identify and develop new markets while improving sales.
**Liaison with 3rd parties**:
- Intune-Finance
- Intune-HR
**Logistics & Infrastructure**
**Requirements**:
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Postgraduate degree.
- Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn, and a team player with a high level of integrity.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to travel to branches within Klang Valley and to JB branch, if necessary.
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
