The Junior Procurement cum Admin Officer will play a dual role, supporting both our procurement processes and administrative operations. This position is ideal for an adaptable, efficient, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys a variety of tasks and is eager to learn and grow within the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Procurement Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgets.
- Support the management of supplier relationships, including conducting performance reviews and maintaining contracts.
- Help with the negotiation of terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best prices and quality.
- Maintain procurement records, including purchase orders and supplier information, for reporting and analysis.
**Administrative Responsibilities**:
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports related to procurement and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operation and communication.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Prior experience in a procurement or administrative role is a plus.
