Junior Secretary to Gmd

To assist the director in the daily duties and provide secretarial support;
- To manage director’s office and organize his appointments, meeting, itinerary and travel schedule;
- To attend to all incoming and outgoing correspondences;
- To coordinate meetings or appointments with internal and external customers;
- To handle all form of business correspondences and assist in drafting of letters and agreements;
- To take minutes of meeting during Management and departmental meetings and to ensure minutes are distributed on time before the next meeting date;
- To maintain database records of file including of business partners, clients, bankers and etc;
- To check and verify bodyguard’s and driver’s working schedule and overtime claim;
- To assist in handling personal matters such as, bank statement reconciliation, payment of bills, family travel arrangements and etc;
- To ensure all works given are executed on a confidential and professional basis.
- To undertake any other duties as designated by the Management from time to time.

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply:
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all levels of staff;
- Able to priorities and manage multiple tasks an work independently;
- Required Language(s): English,Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess Own Transport.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Secretary: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Puchong (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Puchong: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
