**Requirements**:

- A minimum of Bac. in Accounting or Finance, professional qualification Le, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years' experience and possess the following.
- Oil & Gas Production Sharing Contract (PSC environment.
- Familiar with the preparation of WPBB, IV and tax reporting.
- Familiar with Petroleum Income Tax and Corporate Income Tax compliance.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced and multicultural environment to achieve dear goals.

Key responsibilities include the following:

- WP&B and budget preparation and monitoring against internally approved corporate budget and approved WPB.B,
- Review IV JIB and reporting
- Support the development of the system
- Accounting of financial transactions (which include Revenue, cast, inter-company accounts, and year end adjustments) of all Joint Ventures and Area Office becounts.
- Cash call review and coardinate AO and HO technical review, approval and payment.
- Prepare branch financial statements.
- Payments for Area Office Involces, expenses, contract etc.
- Assist and coordinate with HO for routine and adhoc task.
- Liaise with external parties such as government authority (eg. IRBI, IV operators & partners, tax consultants and auditors.

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- General & Treasury Accountant: 9 years (preferred)
