**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assisting in business operational administration.
- Monitor, record, update and report operational progress timely.
- Organise and assist ongoing indoor and outdoor team development activities such as trainings, meetings, campaigns and events.
- Have a clear logic and creative mindset.
- High responsibility, honesty and confidentiality
- Establish a collaborative relationship with the entire team members.
**QUALIFICATION**
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Working experience in the insurance company/agency is an added advantage.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
- Good in communication, strong language organization skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to use office software proficiently.
- Must hold with driver's license.
