**Admin Assistant Responsibilities**:
- Support HR/Admin activities and assist in various administrative tasks including organizing document, data entry, preparing reports, and updating spreadsheets.
- Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Run various errands outside the office, such as banking tasks, purchases, and deliveries.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods and documents to designated locations and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks efficiently to support smooth office operations.
- **Driving Responsibilities**:
- Safely transport employees & clients to various destinations as required.
- Adhere to traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and regular maintenance of the vehicle.
- **Qualifications**:
- SPM, Certificate or diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in dispatch, office assistance, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
