1. To manage all the arrival parcels by sorting it to the correct destinations 2. To ensure the parcels are well handled 3. Documented and scanned in all transit as procedure/SOP set up by the company 4. To check and monitor inbound and outbound shipment from branch and company agents 5. To monitor daily delivery performance and pick up each sub 6. Physical checking all shipment at Hub 7. To assist customer service for customer complain 8. Monitoring workers productivity and service level 9. Develop workers sorting, scanning, identify parcel skill 10. To ensure all shipment have been sorted and taken out for delivery 11. To monitor and supervise couriers’ attendance and performance to complete all deliveries and pickups
