- Able to handle customers and meet customers’ needs with claims & repairs (provide advice, guidance & update)
- Liaise & conduct negotiations with insurance companies, adjusters
- Collect and arrange all submissions promptly
- Check completed vehicles before delivery

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years as claims advisor/customer service
- Familiar with SQL account software & Merimen
- Responsible with good attitude, willing to learn and able to work independently
