**Job Description Overview**:
The Safety Officer will review, maintain and improve the relevant safety aspects to Sim Leisure Escape’s attractions. The main aspects to safety are conducting safety audits, ensuring the as well as inspection the. On top of that, will play a key role in the administrative side of Sim Leisure Escape’s safety.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct periodic and random audits of the operations of Escape’s attractions. The Safety Officer must perform the audits themselves and inspect the operating procedures in relation to the procedures set by the Management.

2. Conduct periodic and random audits of the technical and maintenance safety of Escape’s attractions. The Safety Officer must perform the audits themselves, which means climbing and testing games themselves in order to personally inspect the condition of crucial safety equipment and structural integrity.

3. Oversee the records keeping and updating of relevant documents. The Safety Officer must ensure the integrity and accuracy of the records being kept by all Escape’s, while understanding the purpose of each document.

4. Improve all aspects of Sim Leisure Escape’s safety. The Safety Officer is expected to have the knowledge and research skills to recommend ways to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and integrity of the safety procedures set by the group.

**Requirements**:
**Travel**: Must be able to travel between locations as needed.

**Physical**: Must be physically fit to work from heights, climb and abseil as needed. This job is not an office desk job. The focus of the job is having a trustworthy Safety Officer to give unbiased observations; therefore, they are required to work on site.

**English**: Must be able to read and communicate in English. Much of the information needed to understand Escape’s attractions is in English. Third party vendors and suppliers are from overseas.

**Communication and Research Skills**: The Safety Officer cannot expect to be spoon-fed information, rather they must have the initiative to know more without having to wait for instructions from their superior. Research is also key as Escape is continuously growing and improving; the Safety Officer is required to contribute to this.

**Understanding of Company Culture**: Ability to comprehend and embody our company's DNA, values, and the type of individuals we seek to hire. Understanding the kind of people we do not hire and ensuring alignment with our organization's culture.

**Results-Oriented**: Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a track record of delivering results. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
