**About Ask Resources**

Ask Resources established since 2008, serving more than 230 MNC and SME in Malaysia and is expanding rapidly.

This is a RECRUITMENT SALES role, and you will be doing:

- Search, identify and hire suitable talents from various sources and campaigns to meet different business requirements and hiring timelines.
- Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media.
- Ensure collection is made for every successful placement.
- Achieving a high standard of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set by the company.
- To comply and report to the immediate superior or any other person assigned by the management.
- To do any other assignments deemed necessary by the management.

**To be success in this role, you are**:

- Self-motivated, target-oriented and sales-focused, with good follow-up skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Hunger to achieve sales target and earn commission.
- Microsoft Office user.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- the: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Bahasa and Mandarin (preferred)
