**Job description**

The Beauty Salon Administrator's responsibilities include greeting all guests, answering phone calls and messages, assisting guests with questions regarding salon services and products, booking appointments, check-in guests into the computer system(s) and accepting payments for services performed.

Additionally, the Administrator assists with transitional cleaning of the salon and relaxation area as needed.
- Full-time position.
- 5 days per week (Sun-Mon are days off).
- Working hours 10.30am - 8pm

**Position Requirements**:

- Should possess basic math skills
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication, listening and computer skills
- Sales skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Be on time for shift and maintain consistent, regular attendance record
- Properly open and close salon every day
- Accurately book, change and cancel salon appointments
- Attentive and reverent maintenance of the client base
- Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the salon
- Provide daily reports
- Ensure that the check-in, check-out and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy
- Answer phone calls and messages promptly
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well organized working area
- Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
- Assist in all areas of salon operation as requested by management
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
