**Type of Employment **:Full-time/Part-time

**Full-time Rate**: RM 2500-3000/month

**Rate-time Rate**: RM 10-15/hour

**Location : Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Warmly greeting clients, walking them to the proper beauty station and alerting assigned beauticians of their arrival
- Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
- Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Provide good customer service

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING**:

- At least 1-year related experience
- Customer Service Oriented
- Ability to communicate with customers and understand their needs
- Experience in retail or telemarketing is a plus
- Flexible and willing to work on certain weekends and public holidays
- Active and cheerful characteristics
- Mandarin and Korean language proficiency will be advantage
