We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic **Café Receptionist** to be the welcoming face of our café. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll create a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring that all visitors feel at home. If you're someone who loves interacting with people, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a vibrant environment, we’d love to have you on our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer flow.
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries about the menu, reservations, and events.
- Assist in organizing special events and coordinating seating for larger groups.
- Provide information about daily specials and menu offerings.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and waiting area.
- Assist with light administrative tasks such as updating booking records.
- Work closely with the serving staff and kitchen team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- A positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and responding to messages.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
