Front Desk Receptionist

_**Job Summary**:_
As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers to an organization the Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for providing a positive and welcoming atmosphere while handling various administrative tasks.

- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide directions and assistance as needed.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Direct calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
- Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered timely.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with general office duties as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with scheduling appointments or reservations.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions.
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess at least an SPM.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Able to converse in English, **Mandarin** (preferred) & Bahasa Malaysia.
**Other Information**:
- _**Available locations: Pavilion (Bukit Bintang), Sunway Putra Mall, Setia City Mall, Starling Mall, Puchong Jaya.**_
- Working hours: 6 days, 10/11 AM to 7/8 PM.
