Job Position: Front Desk Receptionist (Full Time Position)

Job Details:
Salary range: MYR 1800 - MYR 2800 (depending on performance)  + commissionOne month 6 days off. Bonus depending on performance after 1.5 years of confirmation.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Answer, forward, and screen phone calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Assist with admin documents
  • Have basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum education requirement: SPM.
  • Benefits: Bonus, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, medical and annual leave, and training provided.
  • Experience requirement: Preferably with working experience. 
  • Able to speak fluent Mandarin and English. 
  • Opening hours: Weekdays from 9.30 am-6.30pm or 12-9pm; Weekends from 10-7pm
  • Other requirements: Able to work on weekends, a good team player and possess a good learning attitude.
