JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
1. The job is to Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm with 1 hour break for lunch.
2. The work is primarily to manage the Head-Quarters Reception Desk of the Leopad Group, a reputed leader of the industry, which offers huge scope for professional learning and career growth.
3. The location is less than 10 minutes' walk from KL Sentral, in Brickfields, KL, and easily accessible by all transit modes including public transport.

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Answering incoming calls and direct calls correctly, professionally and courteously.
- Welcome customers and visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Update employee telephone list on periodical basis.
- Update training records and other HR reports.
- Maintain training related documents.
- Assist in coordinating for training programs.
- Print and update employee monthly attendance record.
- Support other Admin activities.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Knowledge of general office administration.
- 1 or more years of any experience in admin or receptionist role is an advantage.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Pleasant phone voice with proper grammar spoken.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
