Front Desk Receptionist

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Correspondence and redirect phone calls to the right person professionally.
- Process sense of urgency and stay alert on screening suspicious phishing incoming calls to protect company benefits.
- Ensure all the incoming / outgoing mail and parcels are handled carefully by sorting and distributing to the right person.
- Maintain receiving documents in logbook and ensure receiver acknowledge while collecting the documents.
- Greet and welcome visitors as soon they arrive at the office & direct visitors to the appropriate person.
- Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor access tag (under instruction) to ensure office access security by following safety procedures.
- Ensure the reception area and lobby are well maintained, neat and clean always for internal and external customers' satisfaction.
- Storing and monitoring office supplies.
- Ensuring stationery and pantry are well stocked and reporting to line manager once stock runs low.
- Assist in making travel arrangements, i.e., booking air tickets and logistics as and when requested.
- Assist P&C Department with administrative support as and when required.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum Diploma or its equivalent.
- 2-3 years of related working experience in in admin and/or front desk duties.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
