**Job brief**
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
**Responsibilities**
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Coordinate front-desk activities
- Ensure reception area / meeting rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, whiteboard markers, hand sanitizer, sanitizer spray gun for parcel received and etc.)
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Handle meeting room booking
- Perform other clerical receptionist or admin duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing
- Other duties assigned by the superior
**Requirements and Skills**
- Must possess at least SPM, Diploma or equivalency
- With or without work experience
- Computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good in communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Good organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
