**Responsibilities -**
- **Receptionist Front Desk Services**:_
- Welcome all clients/visitors and ensure they are assisted in a pleasant manner.
- Attending to general enquiries from client, visitors & staffs.
- Respond to all routine of incoming calls enquiries directly and refer non-routine enquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain and tidy the front counter receptionist area.
- Ensure all in-coming mail or parcels for the school and staff are disseminated daily to the appropriate department or personnel.
- **Administrator**:_
- Responsible for office stationery and ensure stationary supplies are replenished at all times.
- Responsible for mileage and medical claim processing on monthly basis.
- To provide other HR & Administration support on day-to-day basis.
- Performing other clerical duties as and when required.
- Perform other related duties as required during working hours.
**Requirements -**
- Qualification must be Diploma or above
- Minimum one (1) years of working experience, preferably in an educational institution with involvement in general administration tasks.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good attitude & telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer skill including Microsoft Office.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
