perform a variety of basic secretarial and clerical duties with a principal focus on key office reception functions, as well as basic and specialized office support tasks; with various administrative tasks such as computer data entry and basic data retrieval tasks
perform key reception functions, answering phones and greeting clients to the firm; screen calls to determine nature of issue; refer to appropriate lawyer or partner; take messages clearly; place calls as requested
perform basic typing and editing with use of word processing programs
assist the lawyers and partners as and when required
good command of English and Malay
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
