Receptionist Intern

1) Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
2) Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
3) Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
4) Communicate with the maintenance technician about the customer’s mobile phone problem.
5) Check the inventory of supplies from time to time, and do a good job of logístical support in time.
6) Contact customer for the completion of mobile repair, guide the customer to give praise and complete the limit of smartphone repair.
7) Explain to customer what are the mobile phone problems happen, and record the problems and submit them to the technician.
8) To perform other administrative and clerical duties when required.

2) Experienced with administrative and clerical procedures.
3) Good time management skills, good team player and fast learner.
4) Posses positive interpersonal communication skills and keen to learn.
5) Present a good manner in workplace.
6) Able to speak, read and listen Bahasa Melayu and English, Mandarin is an optional.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
