Office Receptionist

Act as the **first point of contact** of the company who carries the good image of the company with pleasant personality, good customer service skills, professional and efficient in managing visitors, internal and external phone calls and messages, incoming/outgoing mails as well as a variety administrative support to HR Dept.
- Corresponds and redirect phone calls to the right person professionally. Process sense of urgency and stay alert on screening suspicious phishing incoming calls to protect company benefits.
- Ensure all the **incoming / outgoing mails and parcels** are handled carefully by sorting and distributing to the right person. Maintain receiving documents in logbook and ensure receiver acknowledge while collect the documents.
- **Greet and welcome visitors** as soon they arrive at the office & direct visitors to the appropriate person. Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor access tag (under instruction) to ensure office access security by following safety procedures.
- **Storing and monitoring office supplies**. Ensuring stationery and pantry are well stocked and reporting to line manager once stock runs low.
- Assist in making **travel arrangements for expatriate staffs**, **i.e.** **booking air tickets and logistics** as and when requested.
- Ensure the reception area and lobby are well maintained, neat and clean at all times for internal and external customers' satisfaction.
- Assist HR Department with **administration support** as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma holder
- **2-3 years of Front-Line Customer Service / Receptionist in any MNC / Hotel **environment. Some admin experience is a plus.
- **MUST be Presentable + HIGHLY Professional + STRONG command of English.**:
- PC literate : MS-Office
- Based in Bangsar area (MRT accessible)
