Oversee the company's product and service sales within Malaysia, aiming for consistent and profitable growth in revenue through strategic planning.
- Formulate objectives, strategies, and action plans to enhance both short-term and long-term sales performance.
- Scout for new business opportunities in the Malaysian market by identifying potential clients and evaluating their standing in the industry, as well as conducting comprehensive research on sales prospects.
- Cultivate and nurture customer relationships by offering ongoing support and services.
- Stay attuned to market trends and foster a robust customer network, staying informed about industry developments, market activities, and competitor actions.
- Compile insightful reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing pertinent information specific to the domestic market.
- Uphold the highest standards of service quality by establishing and enforcing organizational norms.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing or Business studies or any other related disciplines.
- A minimum of 1-year related experience in manufacturing environment / wood
- based industry would be an added advantage.
- Problem-solving and strong analytical skills in developing sales & marketing strategies
- Able to travel within the region and office.
