**Outdoor Sales**
**Job Responsibility**
- Able to handle daily inquiry and order processing including quotation, feedback to/from customers on order confirmation detail, etc.
- Manage order delivery process, liaising with internal and external groups to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with sales team members to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Processing orders and inquiries from the E-commerce platform Computer literate with high proficiency in MS software, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Supporting sales with documentation.
- Support sales activities and contribute to continuous improvement activities across all departments.
- Work closely with the supplier to ensure the fulfillment of orders within the stipulated time frame.
**Job Requirements**
- At least diploma in business administration/other field of studies or at least SPM with experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the related field.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous. Good team development and leadership skills. Computer literacy.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
- **Willing to work at Setia Alam, Selangor**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
