Job Responsibility/Job Description
- Monitor and follow up on the status of ongoing services jobs or customers order and update the sales or service team as well as customers where necessary
- Provide quotation and tender submission, etc. within the required time frame set by company.
- Monitor and follow up quotation with customer.
- To monitor and follow up for payment and process other payment related matter.
- After sales service
- To build and maintain good relationship with the customers.
- Perform ad-hoc assignment from time to time.
