Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:

- Manage the preschool's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in collaboration with the management team.
- Monitor cash flow and make financial recommendations to support the preschool's financial stability.

2. Bookkeeping and Record-Keeping:

- Ensure accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records, including daily financial transactions and expenses.
- Maintain organized and systematic filing of financial documents, invoices, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is reconciled regularly.

3. Fee Management:

- Manage the billing and collection of tuition fees, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
- Address fee-related queries from parents or guardians professionally and promptly.

4. Tax Compliance and Reporting:

- Prepare and file necessary tax documents, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of tax-related changes and update financial processes accordingly.
- Coordinate with external auditors during tax audits and provide necessary financial information.

5. Financial Reporting:

- Generate regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Present financial data to the management team, providing insights and recommendations for financial decision-making.

6. Vendor and Supplier Management:

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely payments and accurate recording of expenses.
- Negotiate favorable terms with vendors to optimize financial arrangements.

7. Budget Monitoring and Cost Control:

- Monitor budget performance regularly and identify areas for cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for budget optimization.

8. Compliance and Audit Support:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in both internal and external audits, providing necessary financial data and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, finance, or relevant financial management roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
