**Business Sector**:Machinery Manufacturing Company provides Turnkey Manufacturing Services: High Mix Low Volume and Serial Production
**Responsibilities**:
- Allocation of PO between Business Unit (BU), communicating with various BU, and updating in the online customer portal.
- Assist in pulling data and updating customer online portal and share with respective Business Unit.
- General administrative duty, including filing, documentation, staff claim documentation and basic bookkeeping.
- Providing punch in/out to Accounts once a month.
**Job Requirements**:
- Good Microsoft Excel with skills on “vlookup” and “pivot table”.
- Willing to learn new Computer Software, Applications and Technology such as Project Management Tools.
- Basic Accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
- Read Write Speak English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
