**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily administrative tasks and offer essential management to ensure the efficient functioning of the Melaka office.
- Assist the collection team in Melaka with activities such as tracking and managing overdue debts, overseeing toner stock inventory, processing documentation, and more.
- Generate collection orders for terminated machines upon request, post-final meter usage collection, and billing. Maintain a comprehensive Excel record of termination listings for future reference.
- Provide high-quality service by addressing and resolving internal and external customer complaints, inquiries, and requests.
- Support Sales Administration by processing sales orders, coordinating marketing approvals, managing stock picking, ensuring timely stock delivery, and promptly posting sales order invoices by month-end.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
- Familiarity with Power BI is an added advantage.
