Job Description:

- Create policies or procedures for logistics and store activities.
- Manage and monitor Store & Logistics staffs' performance to ensure they carry out the daily activities effectively and follow the policies and procedures.
- Periodically review and analyse all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives through effective negotiations with the forwarder.
- To ensure all activities of import or export material are follow goverment customs regulations & rules and resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
- Manage and support the company’s safety and security standards at all the times.
- Manage with inventory management functions such as the receiving procedures, transfers, pricing procedures, products physical count inventories as required.
- Maintains and maximize the storage area by organizing the floor space and comply to 5S condition and recommending improvements on the process flow of store & shipping activities.
- To evaluate & analyse inventory variance & implement preventive counter measures based on the result of monthly stock take audited by Finance.
- Monitor and ensure obsolete/damaged stocks are well informed to related departmental manager.
- Project Manager to lead and implement ERP system by planning, coordination of people, resources and vendor to achievements of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.
- To ensure immediate reporting to the related department person in-charge for any discrepancies, damages, and wrong findings during receiving or tallying goods in order to take corrective action plan.
- To ensure to submit the monthly customs report on time with correct data
- To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

Job Requirement:

- At least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, any field of study or equivalent experience.
- At least 9 year(s) of working experience in the related field and implementation of ERP system.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
