Telemarketer/ Admin Internship

Based at the Marketing Department.
- Promote and explain their services to the customers.
- Able to articulate well.
- Attend to calls and queries and forward it to the relevant person in charge.
- Maintain and update schedules.
- Confirm appointments and input customer data into the system.
- Attend to any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
**; Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Prior experience undertaking telemarketing functions is a definite advantage.
- Possess good communication skills in English and BM.
- Good persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Computer literate.
- Mandarin is an added advantage.
**REMUNERATION PACKAGES**:
**Basic**: RM 600 fixed allowance plus commission
**Benefit**:
**Working Days**: 5 days' work week (Monday to Friday)
**Working Hours**: 9am to 5pm (8 hours a day)
