Training Specialist

Employee Development:

- Utilize the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluate (ADDIE) Model to

address site needs, improve required knowledge, skill or behavior. Develops test to validate

knowledge. All materials must meet all regulatory requirements (OSHA, ISO, QS, TS, etc.).
- Partner with different departments to identify appropriate training and development needs

based on organizational initiatives.
- Ensure TWI is used as a standard for operations training, including:

- Provide TWI Job Instruction training
- Lead multidisciplinary team for TWI implementation and creation.
- Coach Panduit employees on how to create job breakdown sheets and how to

instruct effectively through the Job Instruction methodology.
- Provide coaching to individual contributors and managers utilizing available tools, including

recommendations for IDP’s.
- Coordinate and deliver the new hire orientation program when required. (Design, plan,

organize and direct new hire training/site specific training and retraining as needed.)
- Develop learning plans based on job descriptions, functional requirements and

organizational needs. Create, assign, and monitor learning plans within the Learning

Management System.
- Gain awareness of manufacturing processes and provide feedback to SME’s.
- Actively participate in product transfers to ensure compliance.

Training Records Coordination:

- Oversees training record accuracy in the learning management system and program

effectiveness.
- Educational Institutions and External Seminars: International Locations: Coordinate and

administer both internal and external seminar/conference/training, including education

assistance and industrial training program
- Training Suppliers and Contractors: Coordinate training initiatives by working with the

Supply Chain Team to facilitate interaction with external vendors to help managers choose

the most appropriate/cost-effective outsourced training provider If training is not available

internally.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
