Associate Manager, Talent Management

Here are the key activities for this role across the Learning, Development and Performance CoE. We are looking for folks with a passion for working in a people function that directly contributes to how we develop and evaluate our talent. **Manage Platforms**:Play the administrator role to manage the end to end functionality of our learning and performance platforms. Liase with our vendor partners on administrative tasks (contracts, etc.), reporting, design discussions and deployment. E.g. Proficient in creating and deploying annual engagement surveys, creating performance cycles, etc.
**Reporting**:Extract data and prepare a first cut for decision making and stakeholder discussions. Manage ongoing reporting tasks such as maintaining a current sheet of license's for our learning platforms, cross over of HRIS data with our performance portal, summarizing themes from our learning needs survey etc.
**Editing Online content**:Housekeeping of internal P&C website such as org chart, maintenance, uploading internal communications (Newsletters) and additional events.
**Learning program coordination**: Manage the end to end coordination activities for Zalora's learning programs and on-demand training sessions for all employees (creating & sending invites, creating content, providing support during the sessions, collecting feedback etc.).
**Added advantage if you are familiar with tools such as Canva, MS Excel, Zoom, G-suite.**
