**YOUR ROLE**:
This person will be part of the Recruitment team of GPC Talent Hub - HR Centre of Excellence, which encompasses the fields of Recruitment, Talent Management & Learning, Total Rewards & Reporting.

As a **Recruiter**, you are responsible for the recruitment process, providing an advisory role to hiring managers, namely:

- Attend job briefing meetings with Hiring Manager and Human Resources,
- Arrange advertisement of all positions through appropriate channels, including Company website, job boards and networking,
- Conduct screening and interviews,
- Ensure Hiring Managers are informed on a regular basis on the progress of recruitments,
- Identify new sourcing methods/channels to improve our ability to attract and select the best profiles on the market,
- Maintain and facilitate relations with target schools, namely participate in forums, recruitment fairs and school events, and develop new partnerships in connection with the transformation of our businesses (energy transition).

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources or others related,
- Experience/Background in the Recruitment, preferably (but on exclusively) of engineering profiles inside the Energy/Oil & Gas industry, in an international environment and a demanding context in terms of volume of recruitment,
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience, preferably (but on exclusively) integrated in a remote management work context with team members based in different locations,
- Client Oriented and able to manage fluctuating priorities,
- Quality deliver mindset with critical eyes for the details,
- Excellent ability to work (face to face and remotely) within a multi-disciplined and multicultural team,
- Your written and oral communication skills, combined with your initiative and autonomy will be essential assets for your success.
- Reliable experience using ATS, recruitment analytics tools and MSFT Office tools,
- Solid skills of English are imperative (comprehension and communication), fluency in any other language is a plus (namely French, Portuguese, Arabic, etc.).

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Majority of the work is carried-out at Subsea 7 Office, within a hybrid work regime (after the first 3 months).
- Punctual international travels (meetings, workshops, etc.)
