Handle daily administrative work in office and assists teammates.
- To do constant follow up work with local authorities for each submission.
- To maintain good filing record and keep all work documents in system.
- Any other tasks assigned by superior.
**Requirements**:
- Good knowledge in construction/ property/ admin sequences.
- Willing to learn, adaptability, problem solving and independent.
**Working days**:
- Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6.00pm)
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
