**Job description**

Responsibilities:

- _**Malaysian Malay male**_ in age group 22-45; physically healthy and fit to work long hours.
- Perform daily filling of documents or any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
- General office admin (purchasing office supplies, cleaning services, picking up phone calls etc)
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assisting tender unit for tender submission
- **PERSONAL DRIVER to Managing Director (Upon Needed/Instructed) 90% in office, 10% task as driver**. Skilled driver with familiarity of roads to drive the MD or anyone else instructed by the MD to destinations safely and on time.
- Maintenance & upkeep of vehicles, eg: regular car wash, car repair/services, zero litters and odorless.
- **Well disciplined.** Work evenings, weekends & public holidays as and when required.
- Maintaining a travel log to record working hours, travel time and locations travelled to.
- Assist on company/ office works when needed / no driving job; to assist on admin jobs, organize / running errands, send/submit/collect documents.

Other tasks assign / instruct by Management / Director.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 years working experience in administration.
- Able to use route navigation apps.
- Reliable, punctual and has good personal hygiene.
- **Valid driver’s license and clean from driving and criminal record**
- Professional discretion & understanding of confidentiality issues.
- Possess at least a SPM or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: Starting From RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
