Filing, File Making, Answering Calls, and other General Office Duties
- Communicate with supplier, employees, and others to answer questions
- Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing, and databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence
- Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions
- Check incoming paperwork (correspondence, invoices etc.) and make copies before distributing
- Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials
- Troubleshoot problems that arise with office equipment
- Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
- English (preferred)
