We are seeking a proactive and organized **Administrator** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment is preferred.
