- Prepare Quotation/PO/maintenance report & submission
- Arranging and schedule maintenance work when necessary.
- Liaise with Clients, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers to ensure information; costs, profitability and value meet the requirements of each maintenance work.
- Monitor maintenance stock inventory
- Scheduling for client’s stores maintenance support - Electrical & general ad-hoc works
- Managing and supervising general maintenance & servicing
- Prepare maintenance survey report & work done report
- Monitor maintenance stock inventory
- Stocks/materials sourcing and purchasing

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
