**Responsibilities**:

- Keeping, maintaining and updating of personal file / records of employees, job descriptions, increment and renewal of employment contract.
- Monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities i.e. such as **EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN,** and **HRDC.**:

- Maintain HR system, updating and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Assist in general office administration duties including maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ordering of stationery, and other miscellaneous supplies.
- Deal with insurance agent for car insurance and road tax renewal.
Handling office & hostel utilities and petrol claim.
