Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
1. Provide Human Resource support as follows:
- Posting job advertisement on online platform. Participate the full recruitment process from organizing resume, scheduling interview, shortlisting until exit interview.
- Prepare LOA, LOC, employment contract, transfer, warning / termination letter and internal memo.
- Maintain and update HR master list (eg: employee master list, staff movement, etc.).
- Preparation of monthly attendance report, payroll report and generate pay slip for director verification.
- Check, verify staff travel and expenses claim (update into claim master list).
- To prepare and process staff payroll on a monthly basis.
- Ensure that all statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Tax) are prepared, submitted to Finance for payment and filed.
- Update staff medical benefits and leave, i.e., annual leave, medical leave, emergency leave, and etc.
- To issue pay slip and EA Form to every staff.
- Upkeep all office equipment and facilities, i.e., lightings, photostat and printer machine, air-conditioners are functioning and in good working condition.
- Issue Material Requisition Form and Purchase Orders for all OV Group of Companies relating to the purchase of IT products, furniture, equipment, etc.
- Monitor the Corporate Mobile Phone and line.
- To arrange for the renewal of Business Trade License for Puchong office and monitor the status of Trade Licenses for other offices.
- Perform any other job assignments as required.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
