Human Resource Executive

**Overview**
As a **Human Resource Executive**, you will oversee and contribute to all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The goal is to ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective people management.
**Job Descriptions**
- **Recruitment**:Handling and responsible for recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- **Payroll**: Prepare and administer payroll for employees every month. Liaise with statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and other clients regarding staffing.
- **HR Policy**: Maintain and implement of the HR policies and governance frameworks to ensure quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance. Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures (employee’s counselling, prepare disciplinary letters such as show cause, warning, suspension and termination).
- **Employee welfare**: Managing employee benefit program such as health insurance and leave policies.
- **Staff Engagement**: Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- **Training & Development**: Develop and implement training programs that support employee development and organizational goals.
- **Documentation**: Prepare HR letters and documentation such as letter of employment, memo, confirmation, promotion and others. Ensure accurate and organized maintenance of all employees and HR records.
- **Administration**: Responsible to provide support in administrative tasks, whilst providing guidance and supervision to administrative staff.
- Assume responsibility for any other relevant tasks that are being assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in HR roles, preferably from F&B or retail companies.
- Possess good HR knowledge and understanding of Employment Act 1955.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral in Malay & English)
- Detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skills.
- Independent, resourceful and possess a high level of integrity.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and changing work environment.
- Responsibility and great team player.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
