**Responsibilities**:

- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, including leave management, insurance, and employee welfare programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Manage employee relations and address employee grievances or concerns.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
- Support performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidentiality and sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
