**Job Scope**:
**Talent Acquisition**:
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Strategic planning for hiring personnel to foster a productive work atmosphere.
- The recruitment process includes sourcing resumes, arranging interviews, offer management, and reference checks.
- Understand hiring managers’ requirements by studying organization plans and objectives to meet the hiring expectations.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date recruitment and selection documentation.
**Human Capital Management**:
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital management
- Consult executives on decisions impacting all management levels, fostering sustainable transformation within their business or company.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, eg. Employee Handbook, Employee Development Programmes, etc
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances
- Employee engagement activities, eg. Team Building activities
- Handle employee confirmation/probation extension/resignation process
- Identify training needs
- Performance Management
**Job Requirements**:
- Good interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
- Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Honest, ethical, and dependable
- Positive, go-getter attitude
- Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
- Stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resource Management
- Computer skills in Microsoft Suite and various Software programs
