**Key Accountabilities**

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital's goals and objectives.
- Create and execute workforce planning to meet staffing needs efficiently.
- Monitor and adapt HR policies and practices to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
**Recruitment and Selection**:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Oversee the on boarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the hospital.
**Employee Relations**:
- Address employee concerns, disputes, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and facilitate open communication.
- Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate actions.
**Performance Management**:
- Develop and oversee the performance appraisal system.
- Provide guidance to supervisors and employees on performance improvement.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
