**vivo Malaysia is hiring Business Admin **
**Location: Puchong Bandar Puteri**
**Salary: RM2500 - RM3000 (Based on experience)**
**Job scope**:
- Act as the point of contact between the respective departments and external parties
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Perform daily data analysis and document verifying
- Generate daily sales purchase order
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Responsible for filing and sorting sales documentation in the timely and proper manner
- Produce daily, weekly or monthly sales report
- Overseeing respective departments' claims and liaise with finance department
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
**Requirement**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion to learn are encouraged to apply
- 2 - 3 years experience in Business Admin will be added advantages
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Able to work independently
- Detail oriented, attention to details
- **Proficiency in Mandarin** (Due to the nature of business)
- Work on alternate Saturday half day
