**Responsibilities**
**Branch Expansion Projects**:
- Plan and manage projects related to new branches, relocations, and expansions, including ad hoc projects as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
**Office Maintenance and Coordination**:
- Oversee the arrangement and payment for office maintenance services, ensuring all facilities are functional and meet company standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for the maintenance and repair of office equipment and furniture.
**Asset and Security Management**:
- Handle the arrangement, maintenance, and payment processes for office furniture and equipment, ensuring they are in good condition.
- Coordinate the installation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems (SECOM/SRT), ensuring they meet safety and security standards.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of a diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Good in Written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Multitasking and time management skills can determine priority of task
- Able to work independently or work in a team
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines
- Work under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia for Branch Expansion Projects
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
