Billing Executive, Admin

We're hiring a billing admin, to help us manage and oversee billing processes within the organization. Your main role is to ensure accurate and timely billing for products or services provided by the company.
The responsibilities of a billing admin include:
- Generating and distributing invoices: To prepare invoices based on sales or service data, ensuring that all relevant information is included and accurate.
- Verifying billing information: Billing admins review billing data, such as prices, quantities, and discounts, to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Managing billing systems: To use accounting system to process invoices, track payments, and manage customer accounts.
- Address customer inquiries: Billing admins often interact with customers regarding billing questions or concerns, providing assistance and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor overdue payments: To track payment due dates and follow up on outstanding invoices, sending reminders or initiating collection processes when necessary.
- Maintaining records: They maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and customer interactions for future reference and auditing purposes.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
