**Job Summary**:We seek a versatile HR Admin Executive to support our HR and office administration functions. This role will involve a combination of HR and general administrative duties. The HR Admin Executive will ensure a productive and efficient office environment while assisting the HR department.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources**:

- Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Handle onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
- Assist with HR-related documentation and compliance.

**Administrative Support**:

- Coordinate and oversee office maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
- Monitor and order office supplies as necessary.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical problems.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in organizing company events, company dinner, trips, meetings, and trainings.
- Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, office safety regulations, and HR procedures.
- Maintain documentation related to HR and office maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Able to start work immediately.**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Fresh graduate is welcoming.
- Mandarin speaker is required for the purpose of communication with our management team.
- Previous experience in HR administration, office management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Knowledge of office maintenance and HR best practices.
