- As a Customer Care Support Office Representative, to process orders and coordinate these to keep customers satisfied. Keen to explore? Then this could be your important customer care career move.**Core Responsibilities**
- Customer care support: receiving and entering orders into SAP, respecting order entry procedures and prioritizing where necessary.
- Encourage and liaise: part of a great customer care process is to ensure careful execution of requests. You will be, paying attention to shipping dates, label, packaging and stock holding according to customer requirements. Enhancement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification.
- Continuous improvement mindset: you will drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure on-going standardization and simplification.
- Monitoring billing process and work with stakeholder to ensure invoice are generated on a timely manner.
- You will be reporting to the Team Lead of Customer Care.
**Your professional profile includes**:
- College degree
- Experience in customer service, order management or sales support at least 2-3 years.
- Fluent language knowledge in English & Bahasa to support Oceania & Indonesia sites
- A thoughtful personality with skill, customer-oriented attitude and preciseness.
- Individual contributors, Work independently, Vocal and able to share with the team. Mingle and cheerful and extrovert.
- Team work and willingness to support
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
