**Purpose of the Role**
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.
**Key Activities and Responsibilities**
- Support the smooth operation of the HR department.
- Assist in training activities, including ensuring attendance and feedback records, training evaluation form preparation, training room booking, and training room condition.
- Support the employee on-boarding orientation program and document preparation.
- Assist in document filing management.
- Register and prepare medical chits for employees.
- Assist in sports and recreational club activities from time to time.
- Assist day-to-day administrative tasks and activities
- Support for Foreign Workers Hostel Issues, e.g., monthly audit
- Any other relevant HR support as and when required by the superior
**Requirements and Person Specifications**
- Actively involved in extracurricular activities in college/universities.
- Passionate about human resources management and development
- Required skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Allowances: RM800.00 per month.
- Working days: Monday to Friday.
- **Work Location: SILC, Gelang Patah, Johor.**
**Reporting Lines and Supervision**
- You will report directly to the HR manager.
- You are required to closely collaborate and work with the HR team
**Job Type**: Internship
**Salary**: RM800.00 per month
